Un produit, deux usages
Chaque gel s'utilise au choix à froid ou à chaud, selon l'effet recherché.
Cold use
Placez le produit au réfrigérateur ou au congélateur. Le froid décongestionne, apaise les poches, les inflammations et la douleur. Idéal après l'effort, pour le visage le matin ou sur une zone enflée.
Hot use
Réchauffez le produit quelques secondes (eau chaude ou micro-ondes selon le modèle). La chaleur détend les muscles, soulage les raideurs et prépare les tissus avant l'effort.
Heat (thermotherapy)
Warm the product in the microwave (or hot water) for the indicated time. Heat dilates vessels: it relaxes muscles, drains and relieves stiffness. Always check the temperature before applying.
Safety tips
- Never apply directly on broken skin.
- Limit each application to 15–20 minutes.
- Use a thin cloth if sensitive to cold or heat.
- Reusable products: clean with warm soapy water, do not soak textile parts.
